Vacant block.
Not much action is there! Well, the concretors will be turning up on next Monday. Hopefully they won’t knock the camera box off.

The box is back up again! My Dad used his carpentry skills and made a box for me. See here for the construction details. As always with everything in life – you do things so much better the second time round. Meanwhile the surveyor came out and pegged the location of the new house. You might just be able to see

four pegs in the ground.
Aaaaaaaaargh!

The TreeCam was killed by the demolishers. Aaaaaaaaargh! Apparently it was ‘just touched by a piece of wood’. I managed to recover the PC and all is well. But the box will need to be remade. I managed to get

one shot of the crane just before it hit the box – missed out all the bits inbetween and ended up with a vacant block. Oh well.
Demolishing seems to be a drawn out thing – they’re still going. Hopefully tomorrow we will see the big machines come in, and rip the house down.
The demolishers are hard at work now.

First to go is the asbestos, as can be seen above.
As you can see the house hasn’t been demolished yet. The demolisher’s truck was involved in an accident, and so they didn’t turn up. So, tomorrow, hopefully we’ll see something happen.
