Disaster #3
Today we found out from our Principle Certifier that we will need to FINISH COMPLETELY the house before we can get occupancy certification! Aaaaaargh! Our original plan was to finish the kitchen, laundry, eating and bathrooms, move in and then do each room one by one. But now! Aaaaargh! We have to finish everything! That also means landscaping. Aaaaargh!
We managed to get our certifier to agree to give us a temporary certificate. He said do as much as you can, and then I’ll come back and see if I can get one for you. We’ll see what happens.…
